Ioco

Ioco is a quaint neighbourhood nestled along the shores of Burrard Inlet, surrounded by lush forests. This residential area offers mostly single-family homes, many of which offer stunning waterfront views. A mix of old and new, many modern residences have been coming up in this area as it is an idyllic sub-area to build your forever home.

Though it feels tucked away with it’s quiet, small-town feel, it’s well-connected via Ioco Road, and the Port Moody Station provides SkyTrain access to downtown Vancouver and beyond.

Schools include Pleasantside Elementary School, Eagle Mountain Middle School and Heritage Woods Secondary School.
